A lobbyist group formed by massive health care conglomerates and Big
Pharma is launching another attack on Medicare for All.

The subtly named “Partnership for America’s Health Care Future” is nothing
more than a front for corporate interests to protect the for-profit
insurance system. They’re dumping millions of dollars into an ad campaign
to attack progressive ideals, and they’re using ads during tonight’s
debate to do it.



[ [link removed] ]Our campaign finance system needs to change on a fundamental level.
And we’re fighting to change it. Justice Democrats is working to elect

Thankfully for us, these corporate propagandists aren’t all that great at
covering their tracks. The Intercept acquired a leaked powerpoint
presentation about their plans:

These shady groups operate in the shadows — as high powered executives
collaborate in boardrooms to make talking points like these. They don’t
want you to know their agenda. They barely even want you to know that they
exist.

We’re different. Justice Democrat candidates unapologetically fight for
campaign finance reform, Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and an end to
our system of mass deportation and incarceration. We want people to learn
more about what we’re fighting for, to organize, and to participate in our
democracy.

[ [link removed] ]But we’re up against powerful special interests who get to play by a
different set of rules. They don’t have to rely on small donations from
people like you to keep the lights on. Can you make a small donation to
help us fight back against this brazen propaganda right now?

Here’s why we’re so disgusted: every dollar of profit those health
insurance companies have earned came from denying services from someone
who needed it. For them to turn around and use that blood money to then
lobby against a system that would provide care for those same Americans is
immoral.

It has no place in America. And when we pass Medicare for All, those
profiteering insurance companies won’t have a place here either.
