Tell Congress:
"Make millionaires and billionaires pay their fair share of taxes by enacting a wealth tax, and fully fund the IRS to hold tax cheats like Donald Trump accountable."

Friend,
There’s a reason that drug prices are too high: Greed.
The unfairness that’s baked into the American tax system rewards greed greatly, so that the more money people make, the less they end up paying. Case in point: Donald Trump only pays $750 in taxes per year.
Pharma CEOs jack up the prices of life-saving medicine, and then pocket the profits through bonuses. We used to have a tax system that didn’t incentivize this, but generations of politicians from both parties have made hoarding wealth more advantageous than ever.
ADD YOUR NAME: It’s time we made the ultra-rich pay their fair share in taxes!
A wealth tax would create an extraordinary disincentive against wealth hoarding―it would decrease inequality and neutralize the claim that we “can’t afford” to do things like guarantee quality health care to every American.
The IRS has been weakened by Congress too, reducing the number of tax returns that are subject to oversight. Trump’s tax returns are proof of what happens when you put plutocrats on the honor system.
If Big Pharma CEOs can’t keep all of the money they make from price-gouging, they have less incentive to keep punishing sick Americans. That’s a win-win.
ADD YOUR NAME: It’s time to force the rich to pay their fair share!
Thanks,
