Bars, theaters, and other concert venues around the country are hurting. That’s why several months ago I introduced the RESTART Act – a bipartisan piece of legislation that would help keep independent music venues open during the COVID crisis.
Our hardest-hit small businesses are hurting, and we need to pass the RESTART Act to help them survive. If we don’t, hundreds of thousands of small businesses will fail, turning temporary job losses into permanent ones.
