President Trump's rushed nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, is on record as a critic of the court's previous decision to uphold the ACA. Now, with a new case pending before the court, as many as 133 million Americans are at risk of losing protection for their pre-existing conditions.

Don't let President Trump kill the Affordable Care Act by stealing another seat on the Supreme Court. Tell Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell: "Do NOT fill the Supreme Court vacancy until the next presidential term begins!"

In Senate hearings, Judge Barrett has tried to brush aside concerns about pre-existing conditions, even though the Republican lawsuit pending before the court would seek to obliterate the ACA and the protections it provides so many of us.

This lawsuit is the single biggest threat to the ACA we've seen yet, and Judge Barrett has failed to take that threat seriously.

We cannot trust her to put the lives of millions of Americans ahead of her ideology.

President Trump cannot be allowed to kill the Affordable Care Act with his rushed and reckless Supreme Court nomination. Demand that Leader McConnell stop his effort to pack the Supreme Court now.
