I believe in a fair fight. But right now, partisan gerrymandering has given map manipulators a real advantage in winning elections -- and calling the shots.

In gerrymandered states like Wisconsin and North Carolina, Republicans hold the majority in state legislatures even though they did not win the majority of votes statewide in 2018. They don't think they have to worry about what their constituents need -- so they've blocked progress on everything from expanding Medicaid to addressing gun violence.
