Amy Coney Barrett just got the votes to proceed to the Senate floor, where Cory Gardner will all but certainly be a key vote to confirm her to the Supreme Court.

I’m angry. Republicans aren’t passing COVID-19 relief. They are ramming through another one of Donald Trump’s conservative justices with less than two weeks until Election Day. It’s wrong.

We have to take back the Senate for Democrats and end Mitch McConnell’s majority. We have to. And let me be clear: We are the Democrats’ best chance to do that.

Mitch McConnell knows that too. His allies are hammering us with attacks in these final weeks and tightening the polls. I am worried we could lose this race and all hope of taking back the majority if these attacks go unchallenged.
