The Hill: “Senate to vote Monday to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to Supreme Court”

Tomorrow morning, Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee are expected to vote on Trump’s Supreme Court nominee. If her nomination is signed off, Mitch McConnell plans to have the full Senate vote to confirm Judge Barrett this upcoming Monday.
So much is on the line in this fight. Including the entire Affordable Care Act, which Xavier is defending at the Supreme Court in just weeks.
Republicans know this could be their last opportunity for years to strike down the entire Affordable Care Act. That’s why they are defying their own rules and the American people to hastily push through a Supreme Court nominee days before the election.
Whether they confirm a new Justice or not, we refuse to stand idly by. Xavier intends to stop Trump and Republicans at the Supreme Court from RIPPING AWAY pre-existing condition protections from more than 133 million Americans during a pandemic.
