On October 22nd, the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote to advance Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Senate floor — and make sure she’s sitting on the bench by the end of the month.

On November 11th, the Supreme Court will hear arguments that determine the fate of the Affordable Care Act and whether millions of Americans will continue to have healthcare.

And as early as this Monday, Amy Coney Barrett will be confirmed to the Supreme Court as a guaranteed vote against healthcare, workers’ rights, voting rights, and the environment.

In the middle of a global pandemic, Republicans’ priorities couldn’t be more clear. They’re willing to work through the weekend and barrel past every procedure in the book to push through a Supreme Court nominee — and refuse to lift a finger to pass COVID relief funding.
