Mitch McConnell just announced that the Senate plans to vote Monday, October 26 on Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

McConnell is planning to trample on Ginsburg’s final wish and rush a radical right-wing judge onto the Court with just over a week remaining in a national election. It’s a calculated, cold-hearted attempt to lock in his radical right-wing priorities for a generation.

McConnell wants to subvert the democratic process to install a radical right-wing judge on the Court who will vote to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, enable voter suppression, and strip workers' rights.
