Join us this Friday at 12pm PT for “YES on 25: Modeling New Jersey’s Pre-Trial System In California.” Our host and Executive Director, Sam Lewis, welcomes New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Glenn Grant, and New Jersey Office of the Public Defender (NJOPD) Director of Communications, Jennifer Sellitti, to discuss how New Jersey implemented a Public Safety Assessment tool into their pre-trial system.

Proposition 25 seeks to end cash bail and replace it with a Public Safety Assessment similar to what New Jersey currently utilizes. Register HERE to gain insight into what California's pre-trial system could look like if Prop 25 passes in November.
