Dear John,

Many of us need all the joy we can get this year. That's true for grown-ups -- and especially for kids.

The kids who will spend Halloween at Children's Hospital Los Angeles will miss out on the many physically distanced, spooky delights of this special holiday. So, we need your help: since our kids can't go out to enjoy the spirit of this delightful holiday, we need your help to bring the Halloween spirit to them!

Send an adorable Halloween card to a child in the hospital and help make the day extra special-and then spread the word! Our friends at Greenberg Glusker LLP have pledged to donate $1 to Children's Hospital Los Angeles for every card sent by Oct. 29, up to $25,000!

Last year, we collected cards from thousands of people just like you, and they brought so much joy to the children in our care who couldn't leave the hospital to celebrate Halloween.

Make sure every child gets to experience that same joy again this year. Send your card by Oct. 29 so we can give it to a patient as part of our Halloween festivities. Sending your card will generate a $1 gift to Children's Hospital Los Angeles!

Choose your card now and help every patient have a "Hoppy Halloween!"
