You DO NOT want to miss this!
“YOUTH v GOV”, the film about the incredible 21 youth plaintiffs in Juliana v. United States, will have its world premiere online at the prestigious DOC NYC Film Festival on November 11, 2020 and tickets are going quickly!
Five years ago, Our Children’s Trust provided award-winning Director Christi Cooper exclusive access to tell the remarkable story of the 21 youth plaintiffs’ journey in the trailblazing constitutional case, Juliana v. United States. The film is now complete and Christi (Barrelmaker Productions), along with partner Vulcan Productions, are ready to release "YOUTH v GOV.” And we would love to have you join us virtually for this celebratory event!
The film is stunning, moving and powerful, and we know you will want to see it. Purchase your tickets today as they are limited and this might be one of the few chances until the film's public release to a wider audience next year.
With so many children participating in virtual learning these days, “YOUTH v GOV” will be a great family learning opportunity to reflect on issues such as climate change, youth rights, and the importance of using one’s voice! So we invite you to gather the loved ones in your household, grab some snacks, and watch the film with us next month. You can even coordinate a socially distanced remote watch party with friends and family from all over the globe! Discounted rates for group purchases of 10 or more tickets are available here.
Can’t watch on November 11? No problem! As an online festival you can purchase your ticket today and watch the film any time between the premiere and Nov. 19 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
