[1]Women's March
John,
After the Women’s March in 2017, everyone who marched had to contend with
a difficult fact: too many white women supported Trump in the 2016
election.
Women’s March knew that as a big, multi-racial organization, at least one
part of our work was clear: we needed to organize white women to part with
Trump and get active in the Trump resistance.
We got to work with a multi-racial feminist movement and now women, led by
women of color, are the biggest threat to Trump’s re-election. According
to CNN, "There are multiple reasons why Trump is in such trouble, but
chief among them is women."^1

monumental role women are playing in this election, will you chip in

We’re seeing the largest political divide between genders in
generations.^2
While men are inching toward the President, women voters aren’t just
running away from Trump, they’re actively organizing against him. Women of
color have long-been stalwarts against candidates like Trump, but combined
with women who’ve been activated since 2016 – a new unified political bloc
is forming, the likes of which we've never seen.
If not for women, this election would be largely up for grabs. But we
aren’t taking anything for granted. That’s why we’re going full steam
ahead, mobilizing as many women as possible to vote and building the
biggest Women2Women organizing program this election.
It’s why we’ve sent over 10.5 million text messages to women voters in 16
states. These one-on-one conversations are proven to win elections.
Women’s political identity as a unified and organized voting bloc is
growing by the day, and if we can continue this momentum, we can defeat
Trump and change the political landscape in this country. [ [link removed] ]Will you chip
in to help us build this momentum?
There is a shift happening,
John. Across race and place,
women are coming together to change the course of this country, and you’re
a key part of that.
Onward,
Rachel
