Folks, I know that there are a lot of polls out there right now that say we're beating Donald Trump. I need you to ignore them.

Because if there's one lesson I've learned in politics, it's this: anything can happen in the final days of a campaign. You can't take your foot off the gas for even one second, or take a single vote for granted.

Believe me; you do not want to wake up on the morning after election day, wishing that you had done more. That's a regret that will stick with you forever.

And here's the deal, we do need more from you right now. The final rounds of budget to get us through Election Day are still waiting on some funding that has yet to come in, and funding that will only come from grassroots donors.

So I'm asking you: please, help us keep fighting for every last vote, right up until the polls close on November 3rd. Chip in $25 if you can afford it today and know that you did everything you could to help win this battle for the soul of our nation.

Look, the truth is that the polls said Donald Trump would lose in 2016, too. It didn't happen. And this year, as an incumbent backed by a whole network of dark money Super PACs, Trump will be even harder to beat.

I don't say that to scare you -- but I do want you to think about what it will mean for our country if we let Trump win again with his campaign of anger and division.

We've got to heal this nation, and I know we're ready to do it. But it won't happen if our campaign falls short in these final weeks.

So while I hate asking for money, I need to make sure that our campaign has the resources we need for one final push over the next 13 days. It's not too late to make an impact: If you can, please chip in $25, or whatever's in your budget, and make sure we can finish this race with no regrets.
