"Trump can still win."
Nate Silver, October 11th

We can't allow Trump to win a second term, especially if all his down-ballot Republican cronies ride his coattails to victory.

The presidential and vice-presidential debates showed us exactly why we need to elect a President with a positive, inclusive vision. But we need to make sure that Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democrats up and down the ballot win, or Republicans could grind a Democratic agenda to a HALT.

But the latest batch of polling has us concerned. Here's one of a battleground state where Trump can win:

North Carolina: Biden 49% - Trump 48%

Polls are neck and neck in these battleground states, and in order for Democrats to win in crucial races, everyone's right to vote needs to be respected and every vote needs to count.

That's why Dem AGs are standing up to Trump, fighting for our vote, and working to protect our democracy. But we need your help.

We increased our 2020 Election Protection Fund goal to $1,000,000 by Election Day and we need your help to hit it. If you and 58 supporters in your area give $1 by midnight, we will stay on track to hit our goal, ensure every vote is counted, and win these races. Donate $1 now!
