Salem to implement more restrictions to prevent Halloween gatherings
Salem Mayor Kim Driscoll and Governor Charlie Baker on Wednesday implored the public to avoid the historic city between now and Halloween, announcing business closures, parking restrictions, and changes to MBTA commuter rail service to skip the Salem stop. The city's wildly popular Halloween events will be canceled this year.
