For National Release | October 21, 2020

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us ([link removed][UNIQID]) ) is filing a formal complaint with the Federal Elections Commission ([link removed][UNIQID]) (FEC) today against Google, Facebook, and Twitter for censoring, shadow-banning, coercing, intimidating, and abusing American citizens and groups who oppose the left-wing Democratic Party views, policies and candidates favored by the owners, managers, CEOs, and employees of these global corporations based in Silicon Valley.

ALIPAC provides the FEC with documentation and evidence of 148 examples of Silicon Valley censorship of conservatives, Christians, Republicans, Trump voters, and anyone who stands against the agenda of the American left and backing foreign powers as evidence these companies are violating federal campaign finance law strictly prohibits corporations from making contributions to federal candidates. 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a); 11 C.F.R § 114.2(b).

Contributions are defined by law as “anything of value made by any person for the purpose of influencing an election,” and includes in-kind contributions such as services. 11 C.F.R. §§ 100.52(a) & 100.52(d)(1). Rankings and visibility on Google, Facebook, and Twitter platforms are clearly "things of value" as campaigns and PACs reporting to the FEC are listing these expenditures.

ALIPAC asserts,

"While there are numerous documented reasons to believe numerous Silicon Valley corporations are acting in collusion to influence the outcome of US elections on behalf of foreign influences, the Democratic Party, and Democratic Party candidates (including Joe Biden), the most egregious violators appear to be Google, Facebook, and Twitter from the evidence we've gathered."

In the coming days, ALIPAC intends to file similar formal complaints against censorship and foreign elections tampering through Google, Facebook, Twitter corporations, and their employees with the FCC, FTC, and Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice.

The list of victims cited includes hundreds of illegal immigration opposing activists organized through ALIPAC.us ([link removed][UNIQID]) who are willing to submit corroborating sworn affidavits about the abuse they have suffered and many high profile examples which include but are not limited to--

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, The Trump Campaign, ALIPAC, The New York Post, Lauren Witzke (R-DE) campaign for US Senate, prior Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell, Tucker Carlson, Trump Voter Joan Herbert, Center for Immigration Studies, Ann Coulter, Alex Jones & InfoWars, Milo Yiannopoulos, Prager University, GOP Rep. Marsha Blackburn, GOP candidate for Congress Laura Loomer, Diamond and Silk, The Tennessee Star, GOP Congressional candidate Elizabeth Heng, David Horowitz of FrontPage magazine, comedian Steven Crowder, Fox News contributor Michelle Malkin, GOP Reps Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, and many, many more. (View entire list HERE ([link removed][UNIQID]) )

ALIPAC asks the commission to act quickly and decisively as new victims are being added to the tracking list each week. American elections and citizens must be protected from this new form of electronic totalitarianism and abuse of power in the information age.

Copies of these formal complaints are also being circulated by ALIPAC and ALIPAC activists to candidates, campaigns, and elected officials.
