Dear Community,

We know that the prison industrial complex (PIC) is part of the US imperialist project and used around the world to repress the self determination of communities. Therefore, the fight for abolition and our liberation require that we are able to move with clarity and solidarity internationally.

In 2019, Critical Resistance launched a national political education project called the Abolitionist Training School (ATS). We strategically partnered with different movement organizations to strengthen and develop shared organizing skills, analysis and tools for PIC abolition. Through these partnerships, ATS has now grown to become a larger network of abolitionist organizations and movement partners, now called the AbolitionNOW network.

On Thursday, October 22, the AbolitionNOW network presents the next webinar engaging the current moment. As always, please come through and join us!
