Vince Wang, Ph.D., the lead author of the working paper ([link removed]) published by Lincoln Institute of Land Policy ([link removed]) , will highlight impacts of the shared equity housing sector over 33 years and across four distinct market periods. He will be joined by Mia Walterson from Habitat for Humanity Seattle – King County and Allen Carlson from Newtown Community Development Corporation, who will share experiences about how their programs maintain level of funding in growing their portfolio and effectively serve communities of color.
