Joe Biden recently announced a jaw-dropping $383 million dollar haul for September, a fundraising push that is sending shockwaves across the country and motivating down-ballot state Democrats. Dark-money groups are flooding the airwaves with negative attack ads in key battleground states. Biden and his allies have spent $723 million on television ads with the majority of those ads running in CRITICAL states like Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina — all states that are MUST WINS for President Trump’s state allies.
