Friend of Israel,

Overwhelming bipartisan majorities in Congress — 91 senators and 372 representatives — have cosponsored resolutions in support of the recent agreements between Israel, the UAE and Bahrain.

The bipartisan resolutions also encourage other Arab countries to establish full diplomatic relations with Israel and reaffirm support for a negotiated two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians.

The peace agreements between Israel and the UAE and Bahrain, facilitated by the United States, are monumental achievements made possible by our work together.

For decades, we’ve worked with Democrats and Republicans to strengthen and expand the U.S.-Israel relationship — to help keep Israel safe and secure and to send a clear message to any and all adversaries that Israel cannot be defeated, and that America stands with the Jewish state.

We know that peace is possible only when Israel is strong, and the U.S.-Israel relationship is rock-solid.

This exciting, new era for peace, prosperity and progress is already coming to life. Below my signature are just some of the many breakthroughs that have emerged since the peace agreements were announced.

As we welcome this new era, we know many in the region remain committed to destroying Israel and are redoubling their efforts to reject peace and normalization with Israel. We too must redouble our efforts to ensure that America stands with our ally and that Israel always has the resources needed to defend itself, by itself.

Thank you for helping to shape history.
