Before and throughout this COVID-19 crisis, Governor Carney has provided steady leadership for Delaware.

Governor Carney fought hard to put a new $125 million reserve fund in last year’s budget, which is now helping Delaware weather the storm without raising taxes.

He worked with the General Assembly to pass the largest infrastructure plan in Delaware history - building new schools, expanding high-speed broadband, modernizing our roads and bridges, and making new investments in our colleges and universities.

And Governor Carney has advocated for the Delaware children who need our help the most, targeting new resources for high-needs public schools and disadvantaged students.

In a second term, Governor Carney will continue to work with all Delawareans to make our state an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
