I just got off the stage from my debate with former Republican Congressman Scott Taylor.

Taylor and his national Republican allies are spending millions on dishonest attack ads against me -- but tonight, I got the chance to stand up and speak the truth about my vision for VA-02 and my work in Congress.

And honestly John, I'll put my record up against Scott's any day. In just my first year in Washington, I had more bills signed into law than Scott did in his entire career as a congressman, and I was ranked the 3rd most effective member of the House.

I'm proud of the work I've done in Congress to protect our health care, tackle the climate crisis, and hold Donald Trump and his administration accountable to the American people.
