AGC Reports 84% of Texas Construction Firms Face Difficulty Hiring Craft Workers ([link removed]) - The construction industry is in dire need of more workers right now. A report released last week by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) revealed that 80% of construction firms nationwide are having a hard time filling hourly craft positions. That number is even higher for Texas firms, at 84%.

The United States needs a system where the undocumented would be issued tamper-proof IDs, taxed at a rate equal to or higher than American citizens, and required to work for employers who deduct and match taxes.
