As we come into the last days of this election and the final months of 2020, we have begun our strategic planning for 2021. With you, we’re building a better team.
To recap our strategic process so far, last week we hosted three separate forums for youth organizers, chapter members, volunteers, and leads from the community to share their vision for the organization going forward.

In the coming weeks, our staff will be following up with additional surveys and invitations to upcoming regional brainstorming sessions. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
As more of the vision gets put down on paper, the various departments of our team will be hosting office hours where anyone has the opportunity to check in on progress and offer feedback on the 2021 plan starting the week of November 9th.
