Dear friend,

I’ve been told that my pumpkin carving skills are downright
scary—and not in the good way. If you’re like me, you know what
it’s like for your jack o’ lantern to become a joke o’ lantern.
Just like some of you out there, I’ve never been much of an artist.

Thankfully, this Halloween you won’t have to rely on yourself,
because we're hosting a Spooky Halloween Art Auction & sketch party!

Hosted by illustrator and storyteller Tayen Kim (Adult Swim, Sony,
Marvel), we’ll be featuring art from artists all around the city.
Bidding begins on the 20th and ends on the 30th. With any luck, this
year you won’t have to rely on a sad jack o’ lantern to give you
holiday fear. You can let the professionals do it.
I want to see the art!

We’re excited to see you for art, spooks, chills and thrills!

Just don’t ask me to carve any pumpkins.
My best,
David Kim
