Donald Trump’s unhinged, conspiratorial attacks on me and other women who are elected officials are not only hateful and sexist, team — they are leading to frequent threats against our lives.

But Trump doesn’t care and he isn’t letting up. You’d be hard-pressed to watch footage of a rally where he didn’t launch the same tired, cruel attacks against us, invoking our names to incite his supporters’ chants of, “Lock her up!”

Trump’s go-to line is that we hate our country — but we speak out against America’s injustices and fight for bold, transformative change because we love our country and believe in its full potential. As Trump sows division and hate, our movement is fighting for unity and progress.
