As the Senate Hearings were in session, we dressed in the red cloaks of the Handmaid's Tale and of Christian fascist theocracy and lined up in front of the Supreme Court because that is what Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation will bring closer. We went to call on others to join us in taking to the streets to demand Trump/Pence Out Now before it is too late.

Trump has also openly stated that he wanted to confirm her in record time, before the election, so the court would throw the election to him if it is contested. And he is already contesting it. For her part, Amy Coney Barrett, during the confirmation hearings, refused to endorse a peaceful transfer of power.
For these reasons, it is essential that everyone get out and vote -- and overcome all obstacles Trump and his fascists put in your way. But that will not be enough! We cannot rely on voting alone to stop a fascist regime that disregard the rule of law, is already declaring any electoral loss "fraud" and more.
We must also stand together in the public squares across the country demanding Trump/Pence. Come one and all this Saturday October 24 to assemble in protest, to plan and organize and protest day after day until we overwhelm the fascist coup now unfolding and drive the Trump/Pence regime from power.
