Team,
When I was seventeen, I dropped out of high school, and I was briefly homeless — until I got pregnant.
But with the support of my community, I was able to finish high school and go on to college and law school with a young family.
And now that little girl I had at 17 is a nurse — working on the front lines of the pandemic and giving back to our community every day.
I'm running for Congress because everyone in Texas deserves a chance to write their own success story. And this is the message we're hoping to bring voters across TX-25 in the closing days of this race.
Here's the truth: Texas can't afford two more years of our opponent.
From voting over 50 times to gut Texans' healthcare to taking $1 - 2 million in government bailouts for his car dealership in Weatherford while other small businesses in our district got nothing — it's clear that enriching himself and his special interest donors is Roger Williams' definition of a success story.
I know voters are tired of it. They're already making their voices heard at the polls in record numbers. But we've got a tough fight ahead.
Super PACs have already poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into this race, and Roger Williams has a cash advantage that he can boost at any time from his personal wealth. Getting this ad in front of more voters is mission-critical if we're going to win in November.
Thanks for being a part of this,
Julie
