Friend, in my debate with Mitch McConnell last week, he laughed at me when I challenged him on his handling of COVID-19—then said my whole campaign can be summed up by these words: “She’s a Marine, she’s a mom, and I’ve been there too long.”

I’d like to thank Mitch for a new campaign slogan.

Because as a Marine, I took an oath to protect our Constitution. While Mitch thinks politics is just a game to build his own personal power, I believe it must be something bigger—it’s supposed to be about serving others. And as a mom, I know firsthand that families are struggling right now because people like Mitch McConnell quit instead of working across the aisle to get emergency relief to people and small businesses who need it most.

And you’re right he’s been there too long. For 36 years, he’s put himself and his special-interest buddies first. And he’s sent the people of Kentucky to the end of the line.

In two weeks, we have a chance to put that all to an end. The fact is, this time Mitch is up against a team that’s broken records not just in fundraising, but also in reaching out to voters, which hasn’t been easy to do during a pandemic.

That’s why our team is in a position to pull off one of the biggest upsets in politics.

What we’ve built is unprecedented, and we’ve got Mitch on his heels in a last-minute battle he never expected. But it also means we can’t afford to let up for a minute. The other side is fighting tooth and nail to hold on to this seat and their pockets keep getting deeper.

I’m looking forward to this team getting the last laugh in this race. Chip in $3 or more now and let’s get the job done.

Grateful for all you do,
Amy
