Remember that time in 2016 when Jeff Fortenberry said he was disgusted by Donald Trump?

Fortenberry said that standing by Trump would make himself complicit in the abuse of women. He asked Trump to step down as the presidential nominee. He said he would never associate himself with Trump’s “unstudied remarks, his racially-tinged commentary, or his bluster.”

Jeff Fortenberry voted to gut the Affordable Care Act after promising not to. He voted against the Violence Against Women Act. He accepted Trump’s endorsement.

Flip… flop… flip… flop… Folks, it’s time to elect a woman who stands her ground.

With only 14 days left until the end of the 2020 election, we are working overtime to fire flip-flopping Fortenberry. I am ready to be the Congresswoman you deserve – but it will take all of us to stay competitive with Fort’s big-money campaign.
