Hi everyone,
My name is Sophie and I am excited to be writing to you today.
After Ruth Bader Ginsburg died, I was really sad. I went with my dad to the Supreme Court to honor her life and her work, and to protest replacing her so quickly.
I like going to protests because they make me feel like I am involved and making a positive difference in the world. They make me feel like I have the power to change the world. I also enjoy seeing other people there. I love knowing that we are in the fight to save our democracy together.
RBG’s last wish was to not fill her seat on the Supreme Court until after inauguration day in January. I think we need to honor her wish. |

A really easy way you can honor RBG’s wish like me is with this face mask! I got it at one of the protests I went to with my dad and it kept me and the people around me safe.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was awesome because she fought for justice for everyone. She made our country a more equal and fair place. She inspires me to make great change in the world. I am also dressing up as her for Halloween!
She should not be replaced by a person who does not support the important things she cared about.
Thank you for honoring Ruth Bader Ginsburg and fighting to save our democracy with me. I am inspired by you!
