This news out of Alaska is incredible? ? ? Friend ? we wanted to make sure you saw this ? this is huge news. Senator Dan Sullivan of Alaska is embroiled in controversy around the wildly unpopular Pebble Mine project. He had been up 13 points, and now polls have the race within the margin of error. We have a shot here, but we need to move quickly to scale up turnout efforts for environmental voters.

Thanks, friend.
? Pete ? ? ? ? ? DEVELOPING? recent events have fundamentally changed the Senate race in Alaska. What happens next could decide if we can win an environmental majority in the Senate.
Pebble Mine ? a wildly unpopular proposal to build a massive open pit copper mine at the headwaters of Bristol Bay ? is at the center of the election here.
Public reports show the CEO of Pebble Limited Partnership bragging about his close relationship with Senator Dan Sullivan and also reveal massive campaign contributions to the Sullivan campaign from mining interests, including Pebble executives.
Sullivan had been polling ahead by 13 points just a few months ago. After these revelations, the latest polls are within the margin of error.
Friend ? research is showing environmental voters could decide the outcome here ? we're looking to scale up quickly in Alaska.
Bottom line ? we need your help. We're hoping to raise $15,000 by the end of the day to make sure we can go big in Alaska. If everyone reading this right now pitched in ? even $3 ? we'd blow through that goal in minutes. Every contribution is being triple matched right now ? [link removed]
A few years back, a massive campaign led by Alaska Native Tribes, commercial fishing business owners, sportsmen, and other community members helped stall the mine from moving forward.
Ever since, the project has been wildly unpopular in Alaska. Even Sullivan had changed his public stance after supporting a major way earlier in his term. But as election day draws near, he conveniently is changing his tune and now saying he opposes it.
The thing is ? it's total BS. It's clear that the mining companies are banking on Sullivan to help the mine get through, no matter what Sullivan is telling voters.
Friend ? we could have a real chance at winning here. We're taking a serious look at shifting resources to Alaska to help beat Sullivan ? but this is a tough call.
Without more resources, launching a GOTV program in Alaska would mean pulling out of other tight Senate races, and right now, we're in the middle of major GOTV efforts in Maine, North Carolina, Arizona, Iowa, South Carolina and Michigan. We can't go after Sullivan if it'd mean losing a shot at beating Lindsey Graham or Susan Collins.
We're asking for your help ? but it needs to be now. The new reports in Alaska could seriously swing this election, but only if voters hear about it before they submit their ballots. Early voting in Alaska starts on Monday ? we need to move quickly if we want to have impact.
If you can, I hope you'll help. When everyone pitches in, even $3 makes a big difference. Donate today and your contribution will be tripled ? [link removed]
We can't thank you enough for fighting alongside us during this election. This is our chance ? a real chance ? at finally getting our country on track.
We can do this, Friend ? we just have to do it together.
