Map manipulators know President Obama and A.G. Holder are committed to ending gerrymandering and they're scared. They should be. But instead of meeting the needs of their constituents to gain the support they'd need to win on fair maps, they've decided to suppress the vote.

We must make sure voter turnout is high -- that way we can elect leaders who genuinely win the support of a majority of their constituents and will advocate ending map manipulation.
