Get to Know Dan Crenshaw:
Congressman, Combat Vet & Fall Dinner Special Guest

Get to know Congressman Dan Crenshaw, and you'll meet a man of remarkable courage, patriotism and forgiveness. You'll also meet one of three remarkable speakers we have coming to Indiana for the 2019 Team Holcomb Fall Dinner.

You likely first heard of Congressman Crenshaw last November when he was the subject of offensive mocking on Saturday Night Live. Do you remember what happened next? Congressman Crenshaw went on the program the next week and taught us all a remarkable lesson about forgiving others (watch the video here).

Here's what he said,"There are a lot of lessons to learn here, not just that the left and right can still agree on some things, but also this: Americans can forgive one another. We can remember what brings us together as a country and still see the good in each other."

Dan Crenshaw grew up in Texas, and while in college he joined the Naval Reserves Officers Training Corps. After graduation, he served as a United States Navy Seal for ten years, with five tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain and South Korea. While in Afghanistan for his third deployment, he was injured by the detonation of an improvised explosive device. He lost his right eye and required surgery to save the vision in his left eye. Outstandingly, he then went on to serve two more tours!

Congressman Crenshaw was awarded two Bronze Stars (one with valor), the Purple Heart, and the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, among others, for his remarkable service, courage and sacrifice. And then in November 2018, he was elected to the United States House of Representative to serve his home state.

You're not going to want to miss hearing this remarkable American hero's story for yourself! Make sure you RSVP now for the 2019 Team Holcomb Fall Dinner, and join Congressman Crenshaw, Congressman Brian Mast and Indiana's own Congressman Jim Baird for this very special event.
