Sandy Rausch is a proud military veteran, who retired as a colonel after 30 years of service in the United States Air Force. A New Mexico native, Josh was born in Belen in 1981 and resides in a rural farming community south of the city. He graduated Belen High School and contributed on the family farm while still finding time to prove himself as a varsity wrestler. After graduation, Joshua brought his technical experience from the farm to RMCI construction, then the Middle Grande Conservancy District, where he served our community for 15 years. Beth is a mother, grandmother, and wife of 48 years.  She has been blessed with two grown children and five grandchildren. Beth owns a freelance graphic design company and has worked with Christian authors for more than 20 years. Her hobbies are many; quilting, crafting, fabric design, and gardening.  She is also an inventor of sewing notions. In 2016, Beth was awarded one of the top four success stories from the NM Small Business Association. Beth studied Social Psychology at NMSU, an education that has helped her better understand the needs of her community and the concerns of its citizens.
