FIRST: Xavier blocked Trump’s illegally-funded border wall earlier this month. 

 

THEN: The President’s lawyers challenged the victory and asked the Supreme Court to hear the case. 

 

NOW: The Supreme Court today agreed to Trump’s demand and will soon hear the lawsuit — potentially greenlighting the wall’s construction.

Rather than lead our country during crisis, the President has continued his illegal and misguided agenda — including diverting billions of your taxpayer dollars to build his wasteful border wall without congressional approval.

 

But Trump isn’t just trying to build his pet-project that Congress never approved... He’s trying to build his wall with funds he illegally diverted from schools and daycare centers for service member families and with taxpayer dollars allocated to the National Guard to keep our communities safe during natural disasters.
