It feels surreal to write, but this is the final newsletter I'll send you during this campaign.

Since my last one in September, it certainly hasn't been an easy ride, but I've continued to be inspired by every person who is supporting my campaign, and how much you're doing every day to win this battle for the soul of the nation.

So I'm very excited to let you know everything that I've been doing this month, and what we're looking at in the last two weeks of this campaign.

But first, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you.

Whether you joined us last year, last month, or last week, this campaign is for you. We're for everyone who's ever been knocked down, who's ever been counted out. And I am so grateful that you've chosen to be a part of this moment in history.

Your support -- and the faith you have entrusted in me -- means more than you will ever know. It's what will sustain me through these last days of the campaign, and I hope I am doing everything I can to give you strength, too.

We're so close to the finish line. I know that together we can win this thing, but we each have to work our hearts out over these last 15 days.

So here's what I've been doing, and where I hope you'll join me to keep fighting in this final stretch of our battle for the soul of the nation.


Campaign Updates

This month I'm grateful to be back on the road, speaking directly with voters when I can safely, following the guidance of public health experts. With early voting underway across the country, I'm asking everyone to do their part to elect me, Kamala, and Democrats up and down the ticket by making a voting plan and, if you can, voting early today -- and that includes you.

And I'm not the only one sharing this message on the road. As my wife Jill and Stacey Abrams said last week in Atlanta, millions of voters have already started casting their ballots to bring real, lasting change to our country. I also recently got to do one of my favorite things: be on a train! After my debate with President Trump, Jill and I boarded the Build Back Better Express Tour through Pennsylvania and Ohio, where we listened to folks and discussed how we can make their lives better.

But keeping the trains running on a presidential campaign takes an incredible amount of resources, especially in these final weeks. That's why I have to ask: if you're able to help keep the Team Joe train running, can you chip in $25 to power us through this final stretch?

Later in the month I traveled to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania to talk about the cost of division. About how much it has cost America in the past, about how much it is costing us now, and about why I believe in this moment, we must come together as a nation.

Every generation that's followed Gettysburg has been faced with a moment when it must answer this question: will they allow the sacrifices made there to be in vain, or be fulfilled? This is our moment to answer this essential American question, for ourselves and for our time.

And now, voting has begun in some fashion in all 50 states. In fact, more than 20 million people have already cast their ballots. I'm deeply humbled every time I speak with someone who has entrusted their vote to me and Kamala, and I hope you know how grateful I am for your support, too.

I don't enjoy asking for your hard-earned dollars, but with voting well underway, we don't have a moment to spare to reach undecided voters and turn out our supporters in every battleground state. And then, in just over two weeks, it will be November 3rd. That's a date that once felt like it would never come, but now it's rapidly approaching.

What we do between now and then will determine the future of our country. So I'm not kidding when I say I need you with me more than ever before.

So I'll leave you with something that always gives me strength in tough times -- the words of an Irish poet. Today that's Seamus Heaney, whose words I think of often:

History says,
Don't hope on this side of the grave,
But then, once in a lifetime
The longed-for tidal wave
Of justice can rise up,
And hope and history rhyme.

This is our moment to make hope and history rhyme.

We can prove that love is more powerful than hate. That hope is more powerful than fear. That light is more powerful than dark.
