John,
With just 15 days until the final ballots are cast in this election, we’ve got a whole lot of work to cram into just around three-hundred hours. There’s three big priorities we’re focusing on:
- Boost statewide turnout: Missouri’s in play, and we’re acting like it. A recent poll had Trump at +5, and a number of polls have had our Democratic candidate for governor within striking distance of Gov. Parson – a man who has failed Black and Brown communities nearly every chance he’s had.
- Crush our far-right opponents: This isn’t just about winning the people’s seat. Cori’s a fighter for Black lives running against two men who think things are working just fine for Black and Brown folks. They’re wrong, and we need to make sure Cori wins the people’s seat by a huge margin to show them just how wrong they are.
- Shatter national expectations: A whole lot of people across the country are looking at this race. Pundits have already labeled Cori as part of the next generation of the Squad. If we win big, it sends a clear message that progressive energy is at an all time high.
That’s a big agenda, but this movement has never been about thinking small. We’re counting on your help to make these goals a reality, and only folks like you can help. This is a 0% corporate power, 100% people power movement. Can you donate today?

Oh, but that’s not the end either. This is not a movement where we watch the results, pack up, and go back to brunch on November 4th. This election is just the beginning.
Voting is just one tool in our toolbox. It’s important, sure, but so is marching in the streets, organizing with our coworkers for workplace protections, holding our elected representatives accountable, and fighting for progressive policies at the community level.
There is injustice in every corner of this country, and we can’t afford to only talk about it once every couple of years. With an entire system to reform, we’ve got to be doing the good work as often as we can, together.
This movement is strong, because folks just like you believed in our cause. We’ve come this far purely with the hope and dedication of grassroots supporters. Can you make a donation to help us continue the fight?
Thanks for everything,
Team Cori
