If Trump gets to stay president, he will end DACA, TPS, and he’ll enact even more anti-immigrant policies and mass family separations than we’ve already seen. Eligible voters like me can’t sit this election out. There’s too much at stake, including my family and so many others like us.

We felt Trump’s cruelty when he chose to destroy DACA despite a victory by immigrant youth at the Supreme Court, putting the lives of 700,000 young people at risk of deportation. We felt it with his attempts to end TPS too, putting 300,000 immigrants at risk for deportation.

If I can end on one note, it’s this: My sisters can’t vote to stop Trump. But you and I can. I want you to know that your vote matters, and it has the power to protect families like mine.

Thanks for hearing me out today. Now, get out there in your community to get everyone you know to vote Trump out! We can’t afford a second term.
