As the COVID-19 pandemic enters a second wave around the country, citizens are preparing to vote on the very future of our democracy. Some have chosen to avoid the risk of exposure by voting by mail. Others may choose to vote in-person, whether by preference or necessity.  Not all voters can vote by mail according to their State regulations, and some voters may prefer to vote in person, may not have received their absentee ballot, or may need assistive technology to vote.
