In most places, every hand in the room went up.

In fact, if I gave you a nickel for every hand that didn't go up, you wouldn't be able to buy a decent cup of coffee with it.

How did this happen? It's as simple as this:

The corporate criminals at Purdue Pharma flooded Kentucky with millions of highly addictive pills, then sat back and watched the profits roll in as communities got more and more desperate.
