Election Day is around the corner and there are important deadlines coming up in the next week for New Yorkers. Mark your calendars, and make sure you know how to vote safely & securely this year!

1. October 24: Early voting begins in NY. Find your early voting polling place here (it may be different from your election day polling place). Early voting ends on November 1.
    
2. October 27: This is the last day to request an absentee ballot to vote by mail. Visit our website to learn about the many ways you can request a ballot—online, by phone, by mail or fax. 

And don’t forget that you can vote in person on Election Day, November 3. To prepare, make sure you have a plan to keep yourself safe, and you know where your polling site is.
