If the ACA is struck down, it will increase health care costs, eliminate key protections for people with pre-existing conditions, and allow insurance companies to deny coverage for prescription drugs. But Senator Cornyn is choosing his Big Pharma backers over doing what’s right for Texas. It’s no wonder why Politico called him “the top salesman” for the plan to gut the Affordable Care Act. He’s selling Texans out to Mitch McConnell and special interests.
