Recent revelations over the business dealings of Hunter Biden increasingly implicate Presidential candidate Joe Biden. It’s long overdue for the Biden’s to come clean and be honest with the American people about their business dealings and foreign entanglements. Unfortunately, though not surprisingly, the media refuses to cover this story.

Sadly, social media platforms – Facebook and Twitter – have taken steps to keep the American people in the dark about the Biden’s actions and banned news publications exposing these issues.

This is a step too far and it is long past time to remove the special liability protections that social media companies like Facebook and Twitter are granted. I believe these actions may constitute interference in an election. This is one of the reasons I cosponsored legislation, H.R. 8517, to remove liability protections for social media platforms.

As if the actions by liberal leaders of social media companies were not enough, it was revealed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had in its possession since December 2019, a laptop with over 40,000 of Hunter Biden’s emails, pictures etc., exposing potentially illegal activities and details of the financial arrangements involving Vice-President Biden.

Why did the FBI choose to hide this laptop during the impeachment hearings when it would have shed light on the Biden’s Ukrainian activities? Why did the FBI choose to hide this laptop from the Senate Homeland Security Committee when they should have turned it over to the Congressional investigative committees? I joined over a dozen Member of Congress in demanding answers from the FBI.

It’s time for the Bidens to come clean with the American people.

We’ve got two weeks until the election. Please get involved and give this one more push to ensure victory for 2020.
