There’s a good chance we won't know the final results of this election the night of November 3rd.
An unprecedented number of Americans are voting by mail this year due to the pandemic. We may not know the results for days, possibly weeks.
And Donald Trump has repeatedly made it clear he’s planning to use that time to challenge the results, stop the vote count, spread disinformation — even incite violence.
It's important to remember: we have the power to stop him.
First, we need to mobilize a massive turnout at the polls from now through November 3rd. But we ALSO need to to be prepared for anything this administration throws our way after the election, and ready to mobilize our communities in defense of our democracy.

What will this event look like?
We’ll take a look at American history for important lessons. We’ll walk through the mechanics of the electoral process from election night to inauguration day. We’ll learn what to expect from all the key players — from the state legislatures to the courts.
And finally, we’ll explore possible election scenarios — from a Biden landslide victory to a photo finish to Trump losing but trying to claim illegitimate victory — and discuss the response of our movement to alllllllllll the potential outcomes.
