[1]Women's March
John,
There’s a beautiful wave of women power sweeping the nation right now.
As I write this, an extraordinary nationwide uprising — with over 430
socially-distant actions, rallies, car caravans, voter registration
drives, town halls, and a mass march in D.C. — is wrapping up. Just
look, John:

Thousands of women in all 50 states came together today to send a strong
message: we have the power to decide this election. With just over two
weeks until Election Day, we’re making it clear that women are motivated
and ready to defeat Trump and everything he stands for.
We are harnessing today’s momentum and channeling all of our energy to get
out the vote – and we need your help. [ [link removed] ]Will you join our Election
Defense mass call this Monday, October 19 from 7-8pm ET/4-5pm PT to learn
about meaningful actions you can take from now until Election Day to
ensure our victory?

The only way to beat Donald Trump is for women to turn out to vote in
massive numbers – and we are up for the challenge and ready to deliver.
Today, we showed our power the same way this all started – with massive,
women-led resistance in the streets. And on November 3, we’ll bring this
same power and determination to the polls to end this dangerous
presidency.
In the midst of this consequential Supreme Court confirmation battle
— when we need a show of force from women — our movement showed up.
[ [link removed] ]We must keep showing up. RSVP now to join our Election Defense mass
call on Monday to help take our power to the polls.
This is what Women’s March does best: we unite women and harness our
collective power – and that doesn’t just mean taking to the streets. It
means reaching and engaging women voters – which is why over 7,000 active
Women’s March volunteers have already exchanged over 4.5 million texts
with women voters across the country.
Not all of our marchers could be with us today — but they were with us in
spirit — staying home and joining our weekend-long mega text-a-thon with a
goal of sending 5 million texts (we already sent 1.8 million today so
far!). We’re going to keep this momentum going until November 3 and
beyond.
Hope to see you on Monday.
Rachel
