I emailed you several days ago regarding my field team's voter contact goals, but I wanted to follow up on behalf of my outstanding field director Whitney and our volunteers.
We are working hard to reach thousands of voters a day. We start calling and texting at 10 AM and don't stop until 9 PM -- it's a long day -- but we're having important conversations with hundreds of voters and ensuring that they make plans to cast their ballots.
This work is critical to our victory. We need to ramp up in the final weeks of this race if we're going to win. We have ambitious goals to hit, and it's going to take all of us pitching in where we can to reach these benchmarks.
That's why I've got to ask you again: will you sign up for a shift or two to help us reach voters?
My field team will train you on our tools, answer your questions, provide you with the resources you need, and get you all set up to begin calling and texting your neighbors across the district. I promise that it's fun, and a great way to feel like you're doing something to help stop Trump and his most ardent defender in the House.
Lee Zeldin's out-of-touch, far-right, science-denying, anti-choice, hyperpartisan politics have no place on Long Island any longer. I hope we can count on you to help us get out the vote.
I understand if you don't want to volunteer with the campaign, but I need to ask you: we use some of the best campaign technology in the business to equip our volunteers to reach hundreds of thousands of voters, but it is expensive.
