We just learned that a dark money group is making one more last-ditch effort to defeat us. They just dropped $2.3 million on negative ads to blanket Arizona in the final days of this race.
This latest investment brings the total outside spending in this race against Mark to $29.3 MILLION from Mitch McConnell linked groups — a truly staggering amount.
It’s clear that Mitch McConnell and the dark money groups want to hold this seat. They’re flooding Arizona with millions of dollars worth of attack ads about Mark and they have the money to keep these ads running until Election Day.
They’re hoping these last minute investments will sink our campaign, but what they don’t know is that Mark has one of the biggest grassroots teams in the country.
