The Hill: “Sen. Elizabeth Warren is mocking President Trump for declining to participate in a second debate with Joe Biden, calling him a ‘chicken’ for rejecting the digital event. ‘He knows that he just got spanked in the first debate.’”
Of course, Trump’s up to his same tricks, spouting baseless accusations that the Commission on Presidential Debates is “trying to protect” Biden rather than ensure the debates are safe for everyone involved.
But Warren is giving Trump a little of his own medicine. As she notes, he “got out there and he blustered, and he strutted around. And a lot of Americans who might’ve been on the fence, who might’ve supported him the last time around, said, ‘I’m done with this guy.’”
Warren’s not holding back in exposing Trump for the fraud that he is. And right now, it looks like the American people agree -- the majority says that Trump lost the debate. Still -- we need to continue showing our support as the senator from Massachusetts fights to save our democracy (we know the thin-skinned chicken-in-chief is probably working on a new attack on Warren right now).
